it does have flow volume restrictions. my mom wanted hotwater at the sink and the industrial size home model is a huge distance from the sink seemed to never get hot... by cull watts

Do not install without professional plumber. I had to hire an electrician to do minor rewiring to safely handle the currency flow. by Regina
